Letexpo Verona 2026: How to Get to the Trade Fair

June 04, 2026

Four days in March, over 550 exhibitors, 65,000 square metres of pavilions: Letexpo turns Verona into the European capital of logistics and sustainable transport. If you're here to take part — as an exhibitor, trade visitor or delegate — the first question you always ask yourself is the same: how do I get around? The answer is simpler than it seems, as long as you know a few details that official press releases tend to leave out.

Letexpo 2026 in Verona: the fair, the dates, what to expect

The fifth edition of Letexpo – Logistic Eco Transport took place from 10 to 13 March 2026 at the Verona exhibition centre, organised by ALIS Service in partnership with Veronafiere. This is no general-interest trade show: the event brings together road, sea and rail transport companies, Italian and international ports and freight villages, vehicle manufacturers, and operators from the technology and institutional supply chain. The 2026 focus was on artificial intelligence applied to logistics: fleet optimisation, predictive analytics, process automation. Four days of B2B meetings, conferences and workshops with high-profile institutional guests.

Verona is not simply a convenient venue: as Veronafiere president Federico Bricolo points out, the city is home to Italy's most important freight interport and is crossed by two European transport corridors. The choice of Verona for a logistics fair is no coincidence — it is structural.

Admission to Letexpo is free: registration takes place directly on the official website letexpo.it.

How to reach Veronafiere: transport, shuttles and parking

The Verona exhibition centre is located approximately 2 km from the Verona Sud motorway junction (A4 Serenissima) and 9 km from the Verona Nord junction (A22 del Brennero). Verona Porta Nuova railway station is the most convenient starting point for those arriving by train.

From the station, the system works as follows: free shuttle buses to Veronafiere depart from platform E1 every 15 minutes, from 8:30 to 20:30. Free, punctual, no booking required. Those arriving by plane at Valerio Catullo airport can take the Verona Airlink service — a 15-minute ride to Porta Nuova, with departures every 20 minutes — and from there board the shuttle to the fair.

For those travelling by car, the park-and-ride approach is the most sensible option:

  • Parcheggio Stadio Bentegodi (via dello Sport): over 3,500 free spaces, open 24 hours a day, served by shuttle line C. Recommended for those exiting at Verona Nord from the A22.
  • Parcheggio Genovesa: 800 free spaces, direct shuttle connection, ideal for those coming from the A4 Serenissima via the Verona Sud exit.
  • Parcheggio Adigeo (via Cagnoli): 1,000 supervised free spaces, open 7:30–20:00.

A local tip: avoid driving close to the pavilions on fair days. Traffic around viale della Fiera and via Scopoli builds up as early as 8:30. Leave your car at one of the park-and-ride sites and take the shuttle: it takes less time and you won't end up circling around looking for a space.

For real-time updates on traffic and parking availability, the City of Verona provides the portal veronamobile.it.

Is it better to stay near the fair or in the historic centre?

It's the question many people ask themselves too late. Hotels in the immediate vicinity of Veronafiere fill up quickly and often cost more than the perceived convenience is worth. Those who choose an apartment in the historic centre of Verona — close to Piazza Bra or Porta Nuova station — actually enjoy a double advantage: the free shuttle from Porta Nuova takes you directly to the fair in just a few minutes, and in the evening you can walk back through the centre, perhaps stopping off at one of the bars on Via Mazzini or beneath the arcades along the Adige. Logistics and real life, all in one stay.

Do Letexpo tickets cost anything?

No: admission to Letexpo is free for trade visitors, subject to prior registration on the official website letexpo.it. Accreditation is mandatory to access the pavilions.

Letexpo 2026 is already over. When will the next edition be held?

The fifth edition concluded on 13 March 2026. The dates of the sixth edition have not yet been officially announced: keep an eye on letexpo.it and communications from ALIS and Veronafiere for updates.

If you are attending a future edition of Letexpo or any other trade fair at Veronafiere, the The Verona Stay apartments in the historic centre — close to the Arena and Porta Nuova station — keep you just minutes from the free fair shuttle and a short walk from everything else Verona has to offer.
