Michela is the founder and heart of The Verona Stay Suites. Born and raised in Verona, she knows every corner of the city and has turned her passion for her hometown and for foreign languages into a profession. With a degree in Linguistic Mediation and Interpreting, she speaks Italian, English, French, Spanish and Portuguese fluently, allowing her to welcome and assist guests from all over the world without language barriers.

Michela brings solid experience in the tourism and hospitality industry: she has worked as a receptionist in hotels and hostels, handling check-ins, check-outs and multilingual guest assistance. This background has taught her the value of a smile and of professional support in every situation. She is known for her excellent communication skills and her commitment to complete guest satisfaction.

She has a natural gift for making every guest feel special — from the care she puts into every detail of the apartment to her readiness to suggest itineraries, restaurants or local events.
